At Gate Gourmet, I gained expertise in high-volume meal preparation, while my time as a sous chef at the Marriott and the Intercontinental Amstel allowed me to refine my leadership and fine dining skills. My roles at Restaurant Mood and Seasons Restaurant further expanded my capabilities in innovative presentation and kitchen management. This background has given me a comprehensive understanding of the culinary industry and a deep-seated passion for creating exceptional dishes.
